Affenpinscher
The Affenpinscher is a wiry-haired terrier-like toy dog. These dogs make great house pets. Originating in Germany, the name Affenpinscher means, "monkey-like terrier." This breed was developed to hunt and kill rats in German kitchens, granaries, and stables. In France the breed is described as the "Diablotin Moustachu" or moustached little devil.
